Troubleshooting

Storage is full

Transfers or updates fail, or saves stop appearing.

Start here

  1. Check free space using the OS storage tools.
  2. Back up your saves and identify large files you recognize.
  3. Remove only content you intentionally no longer need.
  4. If expansion failed, follow instructions for the exact image and keep the original card recoverable.
What usually causes this?

The writable partition is full or an image has not expanded as expected.

Advanced explanation

Compressed download size is smaller than the written image. Leave additional room for saves, updates and your own game files.
